This workout is developed by Adianti for the expectant mothers who wants to keep their metabolism and active lifestyle from 12th weeks of pregnancy and up. As long as the doctors give you the permission to workout. 

We strongly believe, that exercise throughout pregnancy is important and have a lot of benefits for the mother and the baby.

Kegels, light resistance, functional body weight training and pregnancy restorative stretches are what the class is all about.

  • A doctors consent letter stating that your pregnancy is fit to workout 


The class itself will takes around 45 - 60 minutes / session, consists of:

  • Greetings
  • Blood Pressure Checking (>140/80)
  • Kegel Exercise
  • Warm up
  • Workout of the day
  • Cooling Down

Anti is a proud wife and mom of 7 years old son and 1 year old daughter.

Believes that an early introduction to fitness and healthy lifestyle is fundamental for her family. She is proactive and energetic individual who is passionate about prenatal and postnatal well-being . With Crossfit as her background knowledge, she is inspired to spread the knowledge on the importance of good health throughout pregnancy and after. Squats, single leg deadlifts & Russian Twists is her principal movements in Fit Mum and bub class, the first baby carrying workout in Indonesia. ​

Fit mum and Bub was founded in January 2016 by Adianti Reksoprodjo, with dr. Dinda Derdameisya Sp.Og and dr. Runi Deasiyanti Spa as the advisors for the development of the program. 

It is a designated bonding time for mothers & their babies through a fitness journey, and the first one in Indonesia. 

This workout is designed for the mothers to give them no excuse to get them back into their training post natal.

So of course, milk break, nappy break or even a class break is always welcome during our session. 

For this class, Mum and Bub can join us starting from a 3 months old baby up to 1,5 years old.
